  • Oats 30grams

  • Protein Powder

  • Creatine Powder (optional)

  • 1/2 Banana

  • Peanut Butter

  • Honey (optional)

How to:

  1. Add milk first

  2. Add protein powder next to a avoid the powder clumping.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients.

  4. Blend.

  5. Enjoy
