  • Initial session will include analyses of the primary movement patterns of the body; push, pull, squat, hinge, walking gait, rotation and triple extension, alongside analyses of joint mobility and joint stability throughout the body.

  • Suitable for Seniors (65 years +) and pre-natal and post-natal clients.

  • 6 Week PDF Program with Video Tutorials included.

  • Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled session will be forfeited.
