Twelve 45 minute training sessions/physiotherapy sessions aimed at all fitness levels.
All sessions will be tailored to your individual physicality, fitness level, goals, isssues etc.
Initial session will include analyses of the primary movement patterns of the body; push, pull, squat, hinge, walking gait, rotation and triple extension, alongside analyses of joint mobility and joint stability throughout the body.
Suitable for Seniors (65 years +) and pre-natal and post-natal clients.
6 Week PDF Program with Video Tutorials included.
