Mobility in the 21st Century Seminar
‘Mobility in the 21st Century’ is a 45 minute presentation, with 15 additional minutes to faciliate questions and discusssion, aimed at DSE Users, desk-bound employees, manual labourers, gym go-ers and anyone with a general interest in how humans have steadily begun to lose their mobility, and the most effective methods for reclaiming that very mobility.
The seminar will focus on the primary areas of pain in the 21st century; knee pain, lower back pain and shoulder/neck pain.
Simultaneously it will examine what joints lose their mobility and what joints lose their stability.
